This notice is provided under the Personal Data Protection Act (個人資料保護法, “PDPA”) of Taiwan. ForwardNexus Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (“we”, “us”) is the collecting entity for personal data processed through forwardnexus.digital.

What we collect

When you use our contact form, we collect the fields you submit: name, email address, optional phone number, and your message. Our site stores your cookie preference locally in your browser (see the cookie notice). We do not use analytics, advertising pixels, or third-party tracking on this website.

We process inquiry data to respond to your request, prepare proposals, and perform pre-contract steps for programming consulting services. Processing is based on your request initiating communication (PDPA legitimate purpose for contract preparation) and, where applicable, your consent for optional fields.

Retention

Inquiry records are kept for up to twenty-four (24) months after our last meaningful correspondence unless a longer period is required for tax, accounting, or dispute resolution. Cookie preference values remain on your device until you clear site storage.

Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Inquiry messages are handled on infrastructure we control for forwardnexus.digital. We may disclose data if required by Taiwan law or competent authorities.

Your rights

Under the PDPA you may request to query, review, request a copy of, supplement, correct, stop collecting/processing/using, or delete your personal data, subject to statutory exceptions. Contact info@forwardnexus.digital to exercise these rights. You may lodge a complaint with the competent authority if you believe processing violates the PDPA.

Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the limited data we handle. No transmission over the Internet is completely secure; please avoid sending secrets through the inquiry form.

We may update this policy to reflect legal or operational changes. Material updates will be posted on this page with a revised date.
