ForwardNexus Software Consulting Co., Ltd. (UBN 79003614, representative James Hsu) offers paid programming consulting services remotely and from Taiwan. This policy explains cancellations, the statutory withdrawal period, and refunds.
Distance-selling disclosure
When you purchase services without face-to-face contact, the Consumer Protection Act provides a seven-day withdrawal period (七日猶豫期) for distance contracts unless an exception applies. Contact us within seven (7) days of contract acceptance if you wish to withdraw before substantial performance begins.
Eligibility
- Full refund (proposed): If you withdraw within seven (7) days and we have not begun billable work beyond intake scheduling, we will refund amounts paid within fourteen (14) business days to your original payment method.
- Partial refund: If work has started with your written or electronic consent, fees for completed milestones or hours logged per the statement of work are non-refundable; unused prepaid amounts may be refunded at our discretion.
- Digital deliverables: Written review deliverables or recordings provided during the withdrawal window may limit withdrawal rights where the CPA service exceptions apply and you acknowledged delivery.
Non-refundable items
Deposits explicitly marked non-refundable in a signed statement of work, third-party pass-through costs already incurred, and taxes or bank fees we cannot recover.
How to request a refund or cancellation
Email info@forwardnexus.digital or call +886-6-0000-2215 with your name, contract reference, and reason. We confirm receipt within three (3) business days.
Processing time
Approved refunds are processed within fourteen (14) business days unless your payment provider requires longer.
Rescheduling and no-shows
Scheduled workshops or review sessions may be rescheduled with at least forty-eight (48) hours’ notice (proposed). Missed sessions without notice may be charged per the statement of work.
