We provide paid programming consulting: project-based software engineering, technical reviews, and implementation support related to distributed systems. Specific deliverables, fees, and timelines are defined only in a written statement of work or service agreement—not on this marketing site.

Website use

You may browse this site for lawful purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the site, probe systems without authorization, or submit unlawful content through the inquiry form.

Intellectual property

Site content, branding, and materials we provide during engagements remain our property or our licensors’ property unless a signed agreement states otherwise. You retain ownership of your code and data; you grant us a limited license to access materials you provide for the purpose of performing agreed work.

Warranties and liability

Consulting services are performed with professional care but engineering outcomes depend on your environment and decisions. Except where prohibited by Taiwan law, our liability for website use is limited to direct damages arising from our intentional misconduct or gross negligence, capped at fees paid for the specific engagement giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Taiwan. Courts in Tainan City, Taiwan shall have non-exclusive jurisdiction unless mandatory consumer rules provide otherwise.
